Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

The highest credential given to residential sales agents - based on production and sales. Only 32,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential. Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists.

 

CARTUS Corporate Relocation Specialist

Trained to assist in the home buying and selling process as related to corporate employees.

 

Certified in Smart Home Technology

This certification is a direct result of what the consumers want. Over 44% of homeowners say they will pay more for a "Smart Home." 

 

Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

This certification grants an understanding of the implications of tax laws, probate, and estate planning in the 50+ market. Training underscores the importance of counselling, rather than selling, to seniors.

 

Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

Training to effectively work with current and former military service members to find housing that best fits their lifestyle and that takes advantage of military benefits and support.

 

USAA Real Estate Rewards Network Agent (USAA)

Select Agents that are dedicated to serving military members and their families by offering a rewards benefit for their home purchase.

 

The Professional Property Staging Certification

This Certification provides the knowledge on how best to showcase client properties in order to achieve a quick sale and for top dollar.

 

Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP)

A designation from the National Association of Home Builders designed to improve overall sales skills in building new homes.
